RCP's senior engineers designed and implemented some of the first successful electronic drilling systems, which remain operational in the field today.

We support, service, and supply energy equipment for drilling operations, continuously evolving our solutions to meet changing technical demands. RCP supplies ATEX and CE approved control equipment for drilling operations, including choke control consoles, pump stroke counters, and mud flow transmitters. Our in-house control and instrumentation engineers design and implement custom solutions for specific drilling requirements.

Senior Leadership

RCP is led by engineers with direct experience across the full project lifecycle: from control system design through offshore installation and commissioning. Kendrick Monaghan and Jokubas Kuprys bring over a decade of combined leadership in control and instrumentation engineering for the offshore and hazardous area sectors.

Kendrick Monaghan, General Manager

Kendrick is General Manager at RCP with 10+ years in industrial control systems, specialising in offshore operations. Joining as a Project Engineer in 2013, he built expertise in designing, implementing, and optimising control systems for extreme environments. He combines hands-on engineering experience with strategic leadership to drive operational excellence and deliver innovative solutions.

Jokubas Kuprys, Engineering Team Lead

Jokubas is Engineering Team Lead at RCP, leading design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of bespoke instrumentation and control systems. A First-Class Master’s graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Renewable Energy) from the University of Aberdeen, he graduated top of his class, receiving the IET, Francis Morrison and North Scotland InstMC awards.
